Cristina Cojocaru

Senior consultant on SMEs, Microfinance and SMEs banking

Cristina Cojocaru has 18 years of experience in management consultancy in the design, delivery and management of projects for SMEs and financial institutions. She has implemented projects in training, market studies for business development, structural funds co-financing, business process analysis with a wide range of multilateral organizations, national development organizations, and private banks, in particular with PHARE, World Bank, UNDP, Shorebank, Raiffeisen Bank SA.

Education: Ms. Cojocaru earned a License and Master's degree in Service Economy from the Economic Studies Academy of Bucharest. She is certified in management of SMEs from Andersson Elffers Felix bv - Utrecht Netherlands, in project management and train of trainers from CNFPA, and in consultancy, marketing and business plans, financial and cost management from the GOPA Consultancy Company.

Training: Design and deliver training programs on various topics for SMEs, MFIs, SMEs Banks, NGOs, RDAs, public and government Institutions.

SMEs development and access to finance: Start-up and entrepreneurship development, Business and Marketing planning, Selling techniques, Management techniques, HR management, Financial management: feasibility of the investment, loan/ investment application.

Project management: Implementing and monitoring grants schemes, evaluating and reporting the reimbursement requests under the granted schemes.
